〈p〉Erzählen ist zentraler Bestandteil christlicher Tradition. Darum spielt auch die Reflexion der Narration in der theologischen Wissenschaft eine prägende Rolle. Der Band eröffnet Horizonte des Erzählens. Es wird Erzählen vom Ende her beleuchtet und aus postkolonialer sowie juristischer Perspektive reflektiert. Orte werden aufgesucht, die zum Erzählen provozieren: die Performance-Kunst stimuliert Erzählen, im Religionsunterricht wird durch das Hören auf das Erzählen gelernt, im Alten Testament David und Goliath als Lehrerzählung exploriert und in der Dogmatik Christologie exemplarisch reflektiert. Funktionen des Erzählens werden zur Sprache gebracht: So wird die zentrale Aufgabe des Erzählens in der Religionspädagogik herausgearbeitet, die Frage nach dem "sola" zwischen scriptura und narratione verhandelt, Normativitätsansprüche von Erzählungen differenziert und die Wirkung von Erzählungen auf die Subjektkonstitution reflektiert. Schließlich werden Formen des Erzählens aufgezeigt.〈/p〉
