Der deutsche Durchschnittsbürger "Otto Normalverbraucher" kehrt 1949 aus der Gefangenschaft auf Umwegen nach Berlin zurück und erlebt - makaber-satirisch überspitzt - die Nachkriegsrealität. Aus dem erfolgreichen Kabarettprogramm "Schwarzer Jahrmarkt", einer "Revue der Stunde Null", entstand diese einfallsreiche Produktion, die weniger durch spezifisch filmische Qualitäten als durch ihre witzige, melancholische und doch optimistische Bestandsaufnahme des geistigen und politischen Klimas jener Zeit interessant bleibt. - Ab 16.
