Während die ersten beiden Blöcke (bekannte) sinnvolle Übungen beschreiben, wirkt der Einsatz der Rollen bei den Kraftübungen teils absurd. So wird eine Kniebeuge nicht funktioneller, wenn sie auf der Rolle stehend ausgeführt wird, zudem widersprechen Übungen, bei denen die Wirbelkörper längs auf der Rolle liegen, dem Prinzip, nie Knochen auf Rolle zu bringen. Doppelseiten zeigen abschließend sportspezifische Trainingsprogramme und Büroübungen, deren Schwerpunkte kurz begründet werden. Große Schrift, wenig Text, für Männer und Frauen. Nach M.
