Die un-sichtbare Stadt entsteht in Literatur und Film aus all jenen urbanen Räumen und Atmosphären, die auf den ersten Blick nicht sichtbar sind. Sie werden einfach nicht beachtet oder sollen nicht gesehen werden, wie etwa illegale Zeltcamps, besetzte Fabriken oder versteckte Brachgebiete. In Literatur und Film werden diese Räume aus der Perspektive ihrer Bewohner_innen - Geflüchteten oder Randfiguren - erzählt und auf spezifische Weise sichtbar gemacht.Die Beiträge des Bandes bringen mittels kultur- und literaturwissenschaftlicher, stadt- und migrationssoziologischer Analysen diese urbanen Räume und ihre jeweiligen Narrative zum Vorschein.
