Liebe am südlichsten Zipfel der Welt Teresa (Ingrid Rubio) und Julián (Alfredo Casero) sind zwei Menschen aus Argentiniens Hauptstadt Buenos Aires. Sie lebt als Stewardess vorwiegend aus Koffern und über den Wolken, wo sie mit pantomimischen Einlagen die desinteressierten Fluggäste auf die üblichen Sicherheitsvorkehrungen hinweist und von einem Ort zum anderen jettet, ohne am Boden richtig Fuss zu fassen. Er ist ein erfolgreicher Augenarzt, der den Leuten dann helfen kann, wenn sie die Dinge nicht mehr klar sehen. Jetzt sieht Julián selber nicht mehr durch und ist traurig, denn seine Frau ist jung verstorben, und er macht sich auf, ihre Asche in Ushuaia, am südlichsten Zipfel des lateinamerikanischen Kontinents, ins Meer zu streuen, wie sie sich das gewünscht hatte. Teresa wiederum hat eine unglückliche Liebschaft hinter sich. Teresa und Julián verbindet wenig mehr als dass sie beide des Lebens müde sind und sich beim Versuch finden, im Schnee zu erfrieren. Eine Liebesgeschichte also, die mit ihrer melancholischen Poesie auf besondere Art ans Herz geht. (Trigon Film)
