Er zeigt, wie die aufgestellten Thesen praktisch umgesetzt werden können, gibt konkrete Tipps und zieht am Schluss eines jeden Kapitels ein Fazit für das Älterwerden. Zwischendurch werden Interviews mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten eingeschoben u.a. mit Edda Moser, Bernhard Vogel, Oswalt Kolle sowie Gedichte zitiert von Schiller, Morgenstern, Hermann Hesse u.a. Die Mitautorin Beatrice Wagner sorgt für die Chronologie. Ermutigende Lektüre. Mit Literaturhinweisen und Adressen, aber leider ohne Personenregister. (2)
