Latinoamericanos nómades: Cortázar y Bryce Echenique trata de la experiencia del exilio y la obra de dos autores con un vínculo especialmente fuerte con las culturas europeas. Se analizan las novelas Rayuela y La vida exagerada de Martín Romaña, como formas específicas del relato de exilio o de migración, como también los ensayos de Cortázar y las Antimemorias de Bryce. Cortázar y Bryce Echenique, por diversas razones, se pueden considerar como exiliados en América Latina. Ellos viven, al menos parcialmente, el exilio europeo como un retorno a la cultura entendida como propia, a la vez que se intensifica desde el exilio su relación con los respectivos países de origen. En la ensayística cortazariana se encuentran diferentes discursos e identificaciones varias, en cambio, en las Antimemorias de Bryce, se reflejan desarraigos y el desdoblamiento y la fragmentación del personaje principal
