A., ist Juniorprofessor für Psychologie und Diagnostik im Förderschwerpunkt soziale und emotionale Entwicklung an der Pädagogischen Hochschule Ludwigsburg. Ausbildungen und Mitgliedschaft in Paar- und Familientherapie (BvPPF), Gruppenanalyse und Supervision (D3G) und in Mentalisierungsbasierter Therapie (Anna Freud Centre London). Er ist Sprecher des DFG-Netzwerkes MentEd (Mentalisierungsbasierte Pädagogik).

Holger Kirsch, Facharzt für Psychosomatische Medizin und Psychotherapie, ist Professor für Sozialmedizin am Fachbereich Sozialarbeit/Sozialpädagogik an der Evangelischen Hochschule Darmstadt. Zudem ist er Psychoanalytiker, Gruppentherapeut, Supervisor und Lehranalytiker (DGPT, DGIP) in eigener Praxis. Zu seinen Arbeitsschwerpunkten gehört Mentalisieren in der Sozialen Arbeit und in der psychoanalytischen Praxis. Er ist Gründungsmitglied des DFG-Netzwerkes Mentalisierungsbasierte Pädagogik (MentEd) und Koordinator des Erasmus+ Projektes Curriculum Mentalisierungstraining für pädagogische Fachkräfte (2019–2022).
