The collection contains articles of the participants in the International conference “Routes of literary communication between Eastern and Southern Slavs (11th – 20th c.)”, held in Sofia on November 21-22, 2019, organized by the Institute of Literature at the BAS in cooperation with the Center for Slavic-Byzantine Studies “Ivan Dujchev”. It is a part of the project “Southern and Eastern Slavs: Diversity and interaction of the written cultures in the 11th – 20th c.” under the European program ERA-NET RUS Plus. The scientists (historians and philologists), who participated, are from five countries – Belgium, Bulgaria, Russia, Serbia, Ukraine, and they introduced into scientific circulation a new interpretation of the topic of the interaction in the literary heritage of the Eastern and Southern Slavs. (DE-1a)
