Content: This research aims to determine if there is an influence between industrial work practice, work motivation, and Soft skills to work readiness of SMK grade XII students in Depok. This study was conducted for two months, from May to June 2019. The method of study used is a survey method with causality approach. The population in this study is job readiness. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data processing in this study uses SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 22 by using validity test data analysis techniques, reliability test, normality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression equations, test Hypothesis and coefficient of determination. The results showed that industrial works and motivation work practices have an influence on the readiness of students ' work, while Soft Skill skills have no influence on the readiness of students ' work. And there is a significant and shared influence between industrial work practices, work motivation, and soft skills ability to work readiness of SMK students

Content: Abstract: This research focuses on the development of utilizing Grade-C kenaf fibers (poor quality) produced from plantations in Pesanggarahan village, Lamongan regency, Indonesia, to produce alternative textile materials for textile craft and textile products. High-quality kenaf fibers have been utilized in the automotive, pulp and paper, and geotextile industries, while low-quality kenaf fibers are considered less potential and have only been used as gunny sacks. This research was conducted through an exploration and experimental approach, dividing the process into four stages, namely: (1) scouring stage using standard degumming of cellulose fibers; (2) testing strength and elongation of fibers; (3) bleaching stage of fibers; and (4) textile exploration stage with design and craft approach to create yarn and fabric weaving and crochet techniques, and the results were quantitatively tested to identify their mechanical and physical properties. This is beneficial as a solution to add value to a material to produce material trends for the development of textile craft products.

Content: The Indonesian payment system industry and regulators have created a standard QR Code in Indonesia that applies to all payment system operators, known as the Quick Response Indonesian Standard (QRIS). QRIS payments are designed to make transactions easier, faster, and safer. The goal of this study was to look at the relationship between effort expectancy, social influence, innovativeness, perceived usefulness, government support, and behavioral intention to use QRIS in the future. This study included 275 Indonesian respondents who had made payments through QRIS. The findings indicate that government support has a positive and significant relationship with behavioral intention to continue using QRIS, both directly and through the mediation of trust and perceived usefulness. Furthermore, effort expectancy, social influence, innovativeness, perceived usefulness, and trust have a direct impact on behavioral intention. As an implication, QRIS implementation must not rely solely on government approval but must actively leverage that approval to build positive user experiences and trust, which drives the long-term adoption intention

Content: Objective – This research examines the effect of company size, changes in out-cash flow, return on assets, conservatism, and profit levelling on earnings management.Methodology/Technique – The results of this research show that banking capital structure, capital intensity, intensity of inventory, and intensity of R & D have a significant impact on effective tax rates. Further, the results also show that, with respect to the non-banking sector, R & D expenditure contributes significantly to effective tax rates. Simultaneously, earnings management and effective tax rates, as well as other factors, also have an effect on book tax gap.Findings – This study shows that profit management has a significantly positive effect on book tax gap, and effective tax rates has a significant negative effects o book tax gap. In terms of the non-banking sector, earnings management and effective tax rate have no effect on book tax gap. Deferred tax expenses have a lower capability to detect earnings management than accrual, in both the banking and non-banking sector.Novelty – The study of management capabilities optimizes the role of book tax gap and effective tax rate for earning management. Both tax management and earnings management are closely related to behavior management in managing a company based on the agency theory.Furthermore, the study identifies a relationship between earnings management and book tax gap
