Herbert Kull, Mitte 50 und unscheinbar, ist als Buchhalter in einer Zürcher Privatbank tätig. Er ist ein Kontrollfreak und hält mit seiner peniblen Art alle auf Distanz. Im Büro nebenan arbeitet Simone. Sie ist unglücklich, weil sich Robert nach einer 3-jährigen Beziehung jäh von ihr getrennt hat. Kull ist ihr unbehaglich, er hat so merkwürdige Marotten. Als Kull schließlich von seinen Schwestern gedrängt wird, in einer gemeinsamen Psychotherapie ihre gewaltgeladene Kindheit aufzuarbeiten, flieht er zunächst und erleidet merkwürdige Träume und Absenzen. Erst als er mit dem unverblümten Tagebuch einer der Schwestern konfrontiert wird, erinnert er sich an die schweren Misshandlungen seiner Mutter und den Selbstmord seines Vaters, der ihr nichts entgegenzusetzen wusste. Als er zutiefst erschüttert dann auch noch am Morgen sein Büro in Unordnung vorfindet, verliert er vollends die Kontrolle über sich. Feinfühliges Psychogramm zweier Menschen, die in verschiedenen Welten leben, bis es zu einer fatalen Begegnung kommt. Spannend inszeniertes Debüt mit glaubwürdigen Figuren. Breit einsetzbar.
