Das Bauhaus stellte durch den Anspruch, Welt umfassend zu gestalten und aus den Künsten heraus pädagogisch zu handeln, Architektur, Design, Kunst und Pädagogik in einen untrennbaren Zusammenhang. Die Wirkungen dieses tiefgreifenden Reformwillens sind auch hundert Jahre nach der Gründung noch erkennbar in Kunst, Architektur, Design und gegenwärtigen Prozessen der ästhetischen Bildung erkennbar.
