    Description: The thesis addresses the issue of developing indicators focusing on measuring human capital, which will serve as a reporting output from the data warehouse. Goal is propose a set of indicators that will be able to cover the overall picture of corporate human resources. I focused mainly on building sets of indicators for measuring the area of human resources and human capital.

    Description: Master's thesis called Social Media Marketing Focusing on Tourism is devided into two parts. The first part examines general conditions for development of social media with regard to development of the internet and individual types of contemporary social media. The second part is focused on specifics of the tourism marketing. In this second part are also analyzed selected marketing activities of business entities in the tourism industry in social media. In the conclusion of the second part there is analyzed a questionnaire survey among users of social media whose results are summarized in the conclusion of the thesis.

    Description: Bachelor`s thesis called Analysis of Cooperation of Business Entities in the Tourism Industry in the Jilemnice Region is divided into two parts. The first part deals with theory of destination management and marketing. The second part deals practically with activities of Jilemnicko - Union of Municipalities in the tourism industry and with the fact, how in cooperates and how it should cooperate with other business entities and municipalities in the tourism industry.
    Description: Bakalářská práce s názvem Analýza spolupráce podnikatelských subjektů v cestovním ruchu na Jilemnicku je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část se zabývá teorií destinačního managementu a marketingu. Druhá část se zabývá prakticky činností Jilemnicka - svazku obcí v oblasti cestovního ruchu a tím, jak spolupracuje a jak by mělo spolupracovat s ostatními podnikatelskými subjekty a obcemi v rámci cestovního ruchu.

    Description: Diplomová práce s názvem Marketing na sociálních médiích se zaměřením na cestovní ruch je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část zkoumá obecné předpoklady pro rozvoj sociálních médií s ohledem na rozvoj internetu a jednotlivé druhy současných sociálních médií. Druhá část práce je zaměřena na specifika marketingu cestovního ruchu. V této druhé části jsou dále analyzovány vybrané marketingové aktivity subjektů cestovního ruchu na sociálních médiích. V závěru druhé části je analyzováno dotazníkové šetření mezi uživateli sociálních médií, jehož výsledky jsou shrnuty v závěru práce.
