Content: Model description: We present the first approach to incorporate network stress on the distribution grid level into a large-scale electricity DC-load flow model. Our setup consists of a multi-nodal TSO network, which connects demand centers and large-scale generation (conventional and renewable). The representative prosumage consists of prosumage demand, small-scale PV, and storage and is connected to the TSO network via dedicated DSO links. The links can be interpreted as the dedicated cumulative DSO capacity necessary to allow prosumage integration into the system. Regional DSOs ensure sufficient DSO link capacity to accommodate all prosumage inflows and outflows. They may incentivize prosumage to reduce its DSO link use via a compensation. Model characteristics: The model constitutes a two-level MPEC solved by linearizing all equations using discretization and disjunctive constraint formulations. It is implemented in GAMS and uses the commercial solvers CONOPT and CPLEX. Computation time is about 30 h for the scenario simulations of one year (System: quad-core CPU 2.8 GHz, 16 GB RAM). Data: We calibrate the model with state-wise (Bundesland) aggregated data on the German electricity system for the year 2015. A detailed description of the model is provided in the "Model calibration" section of the paper (https://doi.org/10.1016/j.enpol.2019.06.024).

Content: During and after the Carolingian conquests of the 8th century in Italy and the subsequent permeation of these regions a number of persons crossed the Alps into Italy, some of which received wordly or eccesiastical office or found a new place to live in one form or another. The sources pertaining to these processes have been reevaluated using different qualitive and quantitive methods. In specific social interactions, thus the combined result of these analyses, ethnic categorisations and even possible migration histories turn out to be far less prominent than the actors' involvement and cooperation with the ruler on the one hand or their position within local dynamics of social relationships within the landed and documented elites. From this research there are different data repositories documented here, among these a concordance of all charters from Lucca, Tuscany, spanning the 7th to 9th centuries, including information on archives and modern editions, as well as data and analyses from linguistic statistical research into the use of the keyword 'Francus' in large corpora.
