    Abstract: Ekonomi islam merupakan sarana dalam mewujudkan ekonomi masyarakat madani. Kegagalan sistem konvensional membuat terjadi penyimpangan dari nilai sosial dan nilai normatif moral masyarakat sehingga sistem itu dianggap gagal dalam membentuk sarana ekonomi masyarakat. Untuk itu instrument ekonomi syariah merupakan salah satu alternatif dalam pembentukan ekonomi masyarakat madani melalui instrument baitul mall lembaga zakat, lembaga wakaf, sedekah dan sebagainya. untuk menjamin kepastian hukum dan memberikan perlindungan kepada masyarakat, pemerintah sudah selayaknya memberikan perhatian dan kewaspadaan yang lebih serius terhadap perkembangan dan maraknya bisnis PLBS dengan tujuan untuk mengawasi perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang PLBS agar tercipta bisnis PLBS yang murni dan bersih untuk mengantisipasi adanya pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Penjualan Langsung Berjenjang. Penjualan Langsung Berjenjang yang harus dilaksanakan oleh PayTren agar sesuai dengan prinsip syari’ah harus mengacu pada fatwa DSN MUI No. 75/DSN-MUI/VII/2009. Dalam praktiknya semua prinsip sebagaimana terdapat dalam fatwa tersebut sudah sepenuhnya dilaksanakan oleh PayTren. Kemudian bagi para pelaku usaha Penjualan Langsung Berjenjang hendaknya memperhatikan beberapa hal yang harus dipertahankan yaitu: bagaimana para pelaku usaha menata sistem dan pola Penjualan Langsung Berjenjang Syariah agar lebih baik dan terpadu, transparan dan adil dan bagaimana para pelaku usaha dapat meyakinkan masyarakat bahwa jasa transaksi pembayaran mereka atau sistem yang mereka gunakan telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Dan apakah dalam bisnis PayTren telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syari’ah serta bagaimana perlindungan hukum bagi para pihak PayTren. Adanya thayyib (berkualitas) dan menjauhi syubhat (sesuatu yang masih meragukan), produk jasa yang halal, tidak ada transaksi yang mengandung riba, gharar, dharar, dzulm, dan money game sehingga merugikan para mitra dan konsumen dan dalam hal perlindungan hukum sebagai upaya dalam melindungi hak hak para pihak, dilakukan oleh Pelaku Usaha Paytren dengan sebaik-baiknya dan pemberian bantuan untuk memberikan rasa aman kepada saksi dan/atau korban, perlindungan hukum korban kejahatan sebagai bagian dari perlindungan masyarakat oleh pemerintah melalui badan etik Paytren sendiri.

    Abstract: Di tengah derasnya arus globalisasi, pendidikan seperti lahan subur dalam menyumbangkan budaya berbagai bangsa di seluruh dunia. Hilangnya sekat antar negara membuat persentuhan nilai-nilai antar bangsa tidak dapat dielakkan lagi. Dalam kondisi demikian, identitas sebuah bangsa semakinn sulit untuk dipertahankan sehingga cenderung sulit untuk mengenali ciri khas sebuah bangsa, tak terkeculai bangsa Indonesia. Indonesia dengan mayoritas penduduknya yang bergama Islam seakan juga ikut mengalami pergeseran budaya sejalan dengan arus globalisasi dalam berbagai lini dewasa ini. Pendidikan Islam yang telah lama memberikan warna bagi jati diri bangsa seakan kehilangan kepercayaan dari masyarakat dan lebih menjadikan produk budaya Barat sebagai contoh kemajuan yang diidamkan. Di sinilah pendidikan Islam harus mengambil kembali perannya dalam mempertahankan figur ideal manusia yang cerdas spiritual, intelektual, serta sosial. Pendidikan Islam harus mampu menyadarkan masyarakat bahwa Islam tidak menghendaki umat yang terbelakang, bodoh, dan tidak merespon perkembangan zaman. Sebaliknya, Islam melalui pendidikannya justru sangat memperhatikan kemajuan umat manusia. Bahkan pendidikan Islam menjanjikan kemapanan holistik dalam berbagai bidang yang dibingkai dalam nilai-nilai ke-Islaman.

    Abstract: 〈 p 〉 〈 em 〉 Every early childhood must develop various developments in the end, from several types of construction, one of which is the development of religious and moral values. Modernization of the times, the impact on decreased awareness of the importance of religious values for children. Needing to instill the religious value itself needs to be habituated early on. This research was conducted to study how educators implement story-telling in learning that helps in assessing religion in early childhood. The implementation of the story-telling method for the inculcation of early childhood religious values is based on facts in the field related to the condition of children at this time. The purpose of this study is to learn more about the process of implementing story-telling in improving religious values in early childhood, and to learn more about the results of increasing religious values. In this study, using a qualitative descriptive method using case studies, Data collection techniques used were the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Research methods using triangulation techniques to study teachers and field observations. The results of this study, research on the technique used to tell this story, can use various media types such as dolls, pictures, or other media to attract the interests of children. The process of implementing the story-telling method is done in learning and habituation activities.     Abstract: Science in a unity appeared in dimensional. Philosophy is an activity though human thought guided their efforts on finding cause for over everything and how human effort after learning of the matter. This research aims to understand: (1) knowledge and understanding of science in etymology and terminology; (2) perbedan of science, knowledge and religion in epistimologi; (3) the extent to which science in Islam; (4) the principal traits of science; (5) the theory of truth; (6) the sources of knowledge; (7) the boundaries of science; (8) the structure of knowledge. Results of the study can be described in several options, which are: first, science is the summary of a set of knowledge or the result of knowledge and facts. While religion is a belief or faith tata tata over something that is absolutely beyond human, appropriate and in line with the faith and worship. Second, with regard to the characteristics of the subject matter of science is as follows: 1) Systematically; 2) Generality; 3) Rationality; 4) Objectivity; 5) Verifiabilitas, 6) and Communality. Third, in Theory a theory of truth is no 3: the theory of correspondence, coherence Theory, theory of pragmatism. Fourth, human source of knowledge using two ways to obtain the correct knowledge, first through ratio and secondly through experience. Fifth, limiting his explorations in the science of human experience, thus embarking upon science exploration on human experience and stop on the human experience, and that is the limits of science. Sixth, the science is essentially a collection of knowledge that is explaining the various symptoms of nature which allows a human doing a series of actions to control these symptoms based on the explanation there is.

    Abstract: Pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) are the oldest educational institutions and the oldest center of Islamic preaching in Indonesia. Its existence is in accordance with the development of Islam in Indonesia, because pesantren are the results of stub of Walisongo in spreading Islam throughout Indonesian’s archipelago. There ismuch uniqueness in it asthe characteristic of pesantren. Simplicity and traditionalism do not hamper the growth of pesantren in globalization. With all limitations, pesantren are able to adapt development of science and education in this country, for example in the use of yellow books and the method of memorizing, students master the exact sciences, because they are also introduced to ‘general’ sciences according to people’s needs and future demands.

    Abstract: The aims and objectives of this research are to answer three research questions: 1). to analyze the influence of leadership style on teacher performance; 2). Analyzing the influence of Organizational Climate on Teacher performance, and 3). analyze the influence of Leadership Style and organizational climate together on Teacher performance. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression, using simultaneous significance experiments (F-test) and partial experiments (t-test), and the coefficient of certainty (R2), and using the SPSS type application program 21.0 version. The illustrations used in this research were obtained through the Non-Probability Sampling method of collecting images, namely sampling with 100 teachers. After testing the information, it is known that the Leadership Style (X1) has a positive effect on Teacher Ability (Y), with a Regression Coefficient of +0.481; significance level of 0.000 〈 0.05; as a result (t-count) 5.284 〉 1.985 (t-table), with a regression obtained Y = 90.005 + 0.481 X1 + e. After that, it was known that Organization Climate (X2) had a positive effect on Teacher Ability (Y), with a Regression Coefficient of +0.662; degrees of significance 0.000 〈 0.05, as a result (t-count) 7.499 〉 1.985 (t-table), with a regression obtained Y = 71.101 + 0.662 X1 + e. Finally, the Elastic Leadership Style (X1) and the Elastic Group Eve (X2) jointly have a positive effect on Teacher Ability (Y), with an F number of 31,614 and a chart F-number of 3,09. As a result, the F number is more significant than the F chart (31.614 〉 3.09), with a significance level of 0.000 〈 0.05.

    Abstract: Artikel ini didasarkan atas fenomena penggunaan metode iqro’ pada pembelajaran membaca, menulis, berhitung (calistung), supaya anak merasa tertarik dan berminat untuk mengikuti proses pembelajaran tanpa ada paksaan. Sesuai dengan fenomena tersebut, penelitian ini difokuskan pada pertanyaan dasar, bagaimana penerapan Metode Iqro’ pada pembelajaran membaca, menulis, berhitung (calistung)?. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan tentang: 1) latar belakang diterapkannya Metode Iqro’ pada pembelajaran membaca, menulis, berhitung (calistung), 2) penerapan Metode Iqro’ pada pembelajaran membaca, menulis, berhitung (calistung). Hasil makalah ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode iqro’ pada pembelajaran calistung di keaksaraan berdasarkan atas latar belakang anak yang lebih bisa mengaji/membaca huruf arab daripada membaca huruf alfabeth, penerapannya hanya dasar-dasarnya saja yang kemudian dikembangkan lagi dengan memberikan bacaan-bacaan pendek/ayat- ayat pendek yang disadur dari Al-Qur’an beserta pemaknaannya disertai tekhnik penyampaian yang menyenangkan telah mampu menjawab kebutuhan anak tentang belajar sehingga dapat menarik minat anak untuk belajar dan dalam penerapannya juga terdapat kelebihan antara lain Metode Iqro’ dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi Tutor dalam menyampaikan materi dan bagi anak belajar mendapatkan kemudahan dalam menerima materi sedangkan kekurangannya antara lain jika anak belajar tidak rajin menghadiri proses pembelajaran, karena penerapan metode ini dilakukan secara beruntun atau bersambung. Sehingga semakin sering anak belajar tidak hadir maka akan semakin tertinggal, anak sama sekali tidak memahami huruf arab/ ataupun latin, karena permulaan penyampaian materi dengan menggunakan huruf arab. Kekurangan dalam penerapan Metode Iqro’ tersebut jika tidak diatasi akan berimbas pada lambatnya proses pembelajaran.

    Abstract: In the learning there are usually students who are already fluent in reading the Quran, there are students who are very smart or quickin accepting material delivered by the teacher, even memorizing the Knowledge Islamic Education subject matter, and instead there also students who already know the meaning of educational lessons the religion of islam that has been conveyed by the teacher. But the student has not been able to apply it in daily life such as not respecting parents, not respecting the teacher, even not wanting to practice religious teachings islam is like prayer and fasting. In order to instill religious character of children in schools need to be held effective and efficient learning. Role learning methods and deposits are very important because this method is right to develop extra practice of Islamic religious education. This research is aimed to describe how the teacher plants religious characters children at school, in the research method uses qualitative research. The results of this study are: (1) The implementation of memorization and deposit methods by the teacher in instilling religious character in students in the school is the 4545 student memorizing the material and its explanation such as verses of the holy Quran and its translation, students will deposit the memorization results tothe teacher with the target that has been specified in the learning plan. (2) Problems with the implementation of memorization methods and teacher deposits in instilling religious character in students in schools are: students have not been able to read Arabic script, students’ abilities are still lacking, learning media are still minimal. (3) The teacher’s solution in solving the problematic implementation of memorization and deposit methods for inclution of the religious character of student is: students attend extracurricular activies, student are given additional assignments, the teacher makes learning media.

    Abstract: The era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has had a tremendous impact on human life. The impact has caused major changes in all aspects of community life, both positive and negative impacts. Information becomes widely spread quickly and can be accessed easily by the public. However, behind such a positive impact, the negative impact cannot be avoided, including: the development of unnecessary information, such as content containing acts of violence, pornography, pornoaction and hoax news. This negative impact can trigger a moral recitation among Indonesia's younger generations. Therefore, character education efforts are needed from an early age as a bulwark against latent demoralization attacks. One of the effective ways of cultivating character is through early childhood education. Education institutions apply basic learning from character building so that children have basic abilities according to their development stage. This study uses a Classroom Action Research type of research and aims to implement the method of learning Islamic songs as an effort to build character in early childhood. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the learning atmosphere becomes more lively so that children can follow the lessons well; 2) Stimulating children's social spirit so as to create an equal atmosphere among friends; 3) Through learning Islamic songs in the form of clapping, songs and gestures, moral messages for character building are easy to memorize and apply.
