    Abstract: 〈 p 〉 〈 em 〉 The vehicle density analysis survey is a survey conducted with the aim of knowing the size of the density and also the obstacle factors on the analyzed road. At the Bugel Kedung Jepara T-junction, the survey point is the middle point of the current conflict, or the meeting point of two heavy vehicle flows, from the flow of vehicles originating from the traffic light at the junction of Pecangaan Walisongo Jepara and the flow of vehicles originating from the Mantingan Jepara red light intersection. The survey results on Thursday and Sunday, on Thursday can represent the effective working day, the degree of saturation is 0.16 pcu / hour, 2 seconds delay for a total of 5796 vehicles, the side friction is 223.8, indicating that the level of side resistance (L) low. The results of the calculation of vehicle density using the Greenshields Method show that after analyzing the survey results at point IV, the densest point is at point V, which is at the red light junction of Walisongo, Pecangaan Jepara, which occurs during the peak hours of the afternoon at 16.00 - 17.00 WIB. Vehicle density = 36.31 pcu / hour and the level of road service (B) with a LOS analysis value of 0.31 including good. To minimize the occurrence of conflicts and accidents, at each I-V survey point it is necessary to add a caution sign or additional signs on each road segment 〈 /em 〉 〈 em 〉 〈 /em 〉 〈 /p 〉

    Abstract: Lack of information media about Madurese batik Causes low awareness of younger generation to maintain the production of Madurese batik. Actually, Madurese Batik also has a high philosophy, which the motif and colour reflect the character of the Madurese. Madurese Batik has useful motif as a mean of traditional communication in the form of certain cultural symbols. We collected images of Madurese Batik by identifying the impression of Madurese Batik motif taken from several literature books of Madurese Batik and also the results of observation of experts or craftsmen who understand about Madurese Batik. This research proposed a new approach to create on application which can identify Madurese Batik impression by using 3D-CVQ feature extraction methods to extract color features, and used Hu Moment Invariant for feature feature extraction. Application searching of Madurese Batik image has two ways of searching, those are based on the image input Madurese Batik and based on the input of impression Madurese batik. We use 202 madurese batik motifs and use search techniques based on colors, shapes and aggregations (color and shape combinations).  Performance results using based on image queries used: (1) based on color, the average precision 90%, (2) based on shape, the average precision 85%, (3) based on aggregation, the average precision 80%, the conclusion is the color as the best feature in image query. While the performance results using based on the impression query are:  (1) based on color, the average value of true 6.7, total score 40.3, (2) based on shape, the average value of true 4.1, total score 24.1, and (3) based on the aggregation, the average value of true 2.5, the total score is 13.8, the conclusion is the color as the best feature in impression query.

    Abstract: The Decision of Constitutional Court No. 93/PUU-X/2012 regarding Judicial Review of Law No. 21/2008 regarding Sharia Banking with the Indonesian Constitution 1945 was giving a strong statement that the explanation of this a quolawhas a potential impact to arise legal uncertainty and legal confuse, meanwhile Article 55 in the whole still conform with the Constitution. The juridical implication from this a quodecision, i.e. The tribunal of District Court have to state if they have no authority to settle the case in sharia banking, althought it has been agreed in an akad (agreement). It has been stressed with the nature of Constitutional Court Decision “final and binding” and also bind all of citizens (erga omnes). Then, the opportunity to implement of its decision to sharia businees and financial institutions exist based on analogy, esp argumentum a fortiory. The expectation, it will give legal certainty in the context of Judicial that has an authority to settle the potential dispute between customer and sharia business and financial institutions.

    Abstract: ABSTRAK   Kelompok tani Agung Rejeki dan kelompok tani Sumber Rejeki adalah dua diantara beberapa kelompok tani yang ada di Desa Mlaten Kecamatan Mijen Kabupaten Demak. Selama ini upaya Kelompok Tani Agung Rejeki dan Sumber Rejeki dalam pemberantasan hama dilakukan dengan menggunakan pestisida kimiawi yang mengakibatkan banyak kerugian. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya solusi untuk mengurangi penggunaan pestisida kimiawi yaitu dengan membuat pestisida organik dan ramah lingkungan. Pada kegiatan pengabdian Iptek bagi Masyarakat ini dilakukan kegiatan utama, yaitu Program pelatihan dan keterampilan penggunaan pestisida organik, metode yang dilakukan yaitu dengan pelatihan tatap muka berupa teori dan praktek pembuatan pestisida organik. Beberapa kegiatan tersebut dimaksudkan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan yang memadai kepada petani tentang cara penggunaan pestisida yang efektif, efisien dan memperhatikan aspek keberlangsungan ekologi, serta petani dapat membuat dan menerapkan pestisida organik yang efektif dan ramah lingkungan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa pestisida yang terbuat dari bahan-bahan organik. Kata Kunci : Pestisida Organik, Kelompok Tani, IPTEK Pestisida Organik  ABSTRACT                Farmer Group Agung Rejeki and Sumber Rejeki are two of several farmer groups in Desa Mlaten, Kecamatan Mijen, Kabupaten Demak. They are using chemical pesticide for kill the pest which resulted in many losses. A solution to reduce the use of chemical pesticides that is by making organic pesticides and environmentally friendly. In this activity are training program and skills of organic pesticide use, the method used is the theoretical training and practice of making organic pesticides. These activities are aim intended to provide farmers with sufficient understanding and skill on how to use pesticides effectively, efficiently and to pay attention to aspects of ecological sustainability, and farmers can create and apply organic pesticides that are effective and environmentally friendly.     Abstract: Recently, there has been a massive innovation of online loans and good purchases using pay later with installment schemes. The phenomenon inevitably brings into controversies among the public recalling the old discussion about bank interest. Although Islamic scholars have formulated religious edict (fatwa) about bank interest, some look unfirm, such as that of NU (Nahdlatul Ulama’). This writing aims to portray the seemingly unfirm attitude of the organization relying on the assumption that it actually aims to campaign Islamic economic moderation a la NU. This is qualitative research using the phenomenological approach with the interview as the data compilation method. The opinion of 8 Kiais from the East Java NU insiders became the research subjects. The result shows how the dispute of bank interest has been becoming a continuously debatable topic. Among the three opinions about the bank interest, namely haram, halal, and shubhat, most informants choose the moderate one by neither considering it halal nor haram, including categorizing it as a part of riba type. This intersubjective opinion resonates with organizational opinion which reflects tolerance of the Indonesian monetary reality, such as Islamic banking and conventional banks which are respectively used by Indonesians. This sort of contestation takes a form of formalist and substantial moderation for bridging extreme opinions about the bank's interest.

    Abstract: Student’s cognitive learning outcomes in Mathematics subjects in SDIT Az-Zahra that has not met the minimum mastery criteria. The purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of the PBL model to improve students’ cognitive learning results. This quantitative research was in the form of a quasi-experimental design (quasi-experiment) with nonequivalent control group design types (classes are experimental and control). The research subject was 60 students of V graders in SDIT Az-Zahra, it was determined by using purposive sampling technique. Data was in the form of cognitive and psychomotor students' learning result of science process skills, it was collected through observation, test, and documentation. The result of this study are as follows: there are differences in cognitive learning results between groups of students who follow the PBL model and group of students who not follow the PBL model, the value (t-calculate = 3:54 〉 t-table= 2.74).

    Abstract: Dinamika politik di kawasan Timur Tengah selalu menjadi perhatian dunia global. Kompleksitas ketegangan yang tinggi bercampur dengan berbagai isu baik regional maupun global menjadi konflik menahun yang selalu hadir di mata publik. Termasuk aktor berpengaruh dalam pergolakan yang selalu menjadi sorotan dunia ialah Arab Saudi, Iran, dan Israel. Pengaruh perkembangan politik ketiganya ialah pada stabilitas politik regional kawasan Timur Tengah dan pada pengambilan kebijakan politik internal masing-masing negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan mengamati lebih dalam pada perkembangan politik yang ada di Arab Saudi, Iran, dan Israel, serta pengaruhnya di kawasan Timur Tengah. Sebagai pendekatan kajiannya ialah teori balance of power dan strukturalis-konstruktifis sebagai komparasinya. Hasil kajian dan pembahasaannya ialah bahwa baik Arab Saudi, Israel maupun Iran saling gencar mencari mitra sebagai wujud perimbangan dengan negara lain yang dirasa akan lebih unggul. Adapun sebagai salah satu cara dalam melancarkan strategi kekuatan perimbangannya masing-masing ialah mencari mitra atau sekutu. Selanjutnya, hasil kajian dan pembahasan juga menunjukkan betapa arah kebijakan politik yang dilakukan ketiganya dalam rangka mengimbangi dan menyaingi sesama menjadi faktor yang sangat berpengaruh pada stabilitas politik di kawasan regional Timur Tengah. Selain itu, tidak bisa dipungkiri juga bahwa ada beberapa aktor luar yang turut andil dalam penentuan arah perkembangan politik di Arab Saudi, Iran, dan Israel pada persaingannya di kawasan Timur Tengah.

    Abstract: Desa Serading dikenal sebagai sentra ternak Sumbawa yang memiliki potensi besar. Potensi ini karena banyaknya jumlah ternak, kelompok peternak dan sektor lain yang terlibat. Debest atau desa bebas feses merupakan inti dari program untuk mengelola feses ternak sehingga dapat dioptimalkan menjadi produk yang bermanfaat. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam memberdayakan masyarakat peternak di desa serading untuk mengelola peternakannya secara integrative. Akan ada banyak manfaat dan sektor yang terdampak positif dengan pengelolaan berbasis bioteknologi yang diterapkan masyarakat Serading, Sumbawa. Metode pelaksanaan pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui tiga tahapan yaitu  pemetaan potensi, penyampaian potensi dan sosialisasi program pengabdian serta pelaksanaan workshop untuk penerapan secara langsung. Hasil yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan pemberdayaan ini selanjutnya diukur melalui direct interview kepada sampling masyarakat. Melalui program pemberdayaan masyarakat peternak di Serading melalui prinsip bioteknologi, banyak teknologi dan produk yang bisa didapatkan masyarakat. Teknologi tersebut diaplikasikan dengan memanfaatkan feses ternak sebagai bahan utama untuk pembuatan biogas dan pupuk kandang organik (POK). Program pemberdayaan masyarakat Serading ini menunjukkan bahwa besarnya potensi ternak di desa serading berkorelasi positif dengan meningkatnya produk produk bioteknologi yang bisa dihasilkan dan dapat dimanfaatkan warga baik untuk penggunaan sendiri maupun dikomersialisasi.______________________

    Abstract: 〈 p 〉 Pasir quarry lokal dalam hal ini pasir sungai merupakan jenis material yang jarang digunakan masyarakat dalam membuat beton. Disetiap daerah memiliki karakteristik pasir yang berbeda, hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai aspek misalnya jenis batuan, derasnya aliran, dan kondisi tanah sekitar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik antara pasir quarry Klepu dan pasir Quarry Batealit, selain itu korelasi antara perilaku pasir yang digunakan adalah pasir tanpa cucian dengan pasir dicuci untuk plesteran. Adapun dalam penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari pembuatan benda uji, perawatan, dan pengujian. Pengujian dilakukan pada umur 28 hari. Pengujian secara fisik dan mekanik dilakukan untuk mengetahui kandungan pasir yang digunakan. Hasil dari kadar lumpur sebelum dicuci adalah 12,07% untuk pasir Klepu, dan 10,53% untuk pasir Batealit dan setelah dicuci diperoleh kadar lumpur 4,6% dan memiliki warna coklat pada pengujian kadar organis, Tingkat butiran pasir diperoleh FM 2,9 dan berat jenis 2,40 untuk pasir Klepu serta 3,10 dan 2,40 untuk berat jenis pada Pasir Batealit, keduanya masuk dalam kategori kasar. Kuat tekan menggunakan pasir sungai klepu yakni 63,9 kg/cm 〈 sup 〉 2 〈 /sup 〉 sebelum dicuci dan setelah dicuci sebesar 72,2 kg/cm 〈 sup 〉 2 〈 /sup 〉 . Kuat tekan menggunkan pasir sungai batealit menunjukkan bahwa sebelum dicuci sebesar 81,3 kg/cm 〈 sup 〉 2 〈 /sup 〉 dan setelah dicuci sebesar 111,3 kg/cm 〈 sup 〉 2 〈 /sup 〉 . Hubungan signifikansi korelasi antara pasir cucian dan tidak menunjukkan korelasi yang kuat. 〈 /p 〉

    Abstract: The current state of the COVID-19 pandemic, which has entered the New Normal Era, has harmed education in the form of learning loss. This research examines of e-learning implementation to deal with learning loss in Islamic Education (PAI) subjects at al Ma’arif Junior High in Jombang Jember. This research applies a qualitative approach with study case type and analyzes data through the interactive technique of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana. This research concludes some states that e-learning implementation at al Ma’arif Junior High in Jombang Jember to deal with learning loss focuses on two things. First, upgrading the learning technology of al Ma’arif Junior High in Jombang Jember is centered on maximizing school web role. Second, increasing students learning motivation to follow the e-learning process that implemented by al Ma’arif Junior High in Jombang Jember. The Efforts to implement e-learning can be considered as one of the solution options that can be carried out by educational institutions to deal with the phenomenon of learning loss during the New Normal Era.
