Mayer), Polen (Sam Goldwyn), Ungarn (Adolph Zucker) oder Deutschland (Carl Laemmle). Oft waren die Zuwanderer jüdischen Glaubens dem Antisemitismus entflohen. Anhand von Archivmaterial, Filmausschnitten und Interviews erzählt die Dokumentation von der Glanzzeit Hollywoods.
