Abstract: The thermal/electric poling process of fused silica glass is analyzed based on the multi-carriers model. The carrier continuity equation is applied to calculate the variation of the carrier concentration with time. The border of positive charge and negative charge is analogous to a p-n junction. Calculation of the built-in electric field is based on the Poisson equation. The result shows that the second-order nonlinearity effect is mainly formed by the Na+ depletion in the poled fused silica glass. The non-linear coefficient is calculated, it is agree well with the literature values, which verifies the reliability of the theory. The study provided theoretical foundation for manufacture optical communication components.

Abstract: Nanomaterials is an important part of the whole field of nanoscience and nanotechnology, which involves the structure, properties and applications of nanomaterials, nanomaterials preparation technology and its detection means. All the individual nanoresearch areas, such as nanoelectronics, nanochemistry and nanobiology are all involved in the study of nanomaterials. This article briefly describes the electrical, optical and optoelectronic properties of nanomaterials, and elaborates the application of New nanomaterials in communication transmission, which is designed to strengthen the exchange of learning.

Abstract: With the development of information technology, the application of optical fiber has become an indispensable part of wiring system. And pure optical fiber wiring system also has been improved. It will eventually replace copper wire transmission. In this paper, according to the latest standard, and the common classifications and characteristics of optical fiber are described. Combined with the actual situation, the feasibility of optical fiber application is researched. At last, some suggestions and principles are put forward.

Abstract: The TTL nand gate cannot be directly connected with the output port of two gates to set a relationship with their output information while the integrated open-collector nand gate can do so by making a proper choice of between the integrated open-collector lines and the resistances.This paper aims to analyze the calculation of, Rp, the externally connected resistance of integrated gate circuit which is made up of open-collector gate, and open-drain gate when the and-not gate, and nor gate of the Loaded gates are discussed respectively.

Abstract: In recent years, the laser fuze has been widely used in minor caliber mortar projectiles and bombs because of its high accuracy in distance measurement, strong ability to resist electromagnetic interference, high angular resolution and good concealment. As a result, it becomes an irreversible tendency to miniaturize the high power of the laser, especially in military applications. This paper aims to study the factors on the output characteristics of the microlasers. Based on the variation of the inversion density of the particle in the resonant cavity derived from the oscillation equation of the LD-pumped passively Q-switched Cr4+:YAG/ Nd:YAG laser, this paper summarizes some key factors which have impacts on the output of LD-pumped passively Q-switched subnanosecond microlasers, including the initial transmission of the absorber, the reflection of output coupler, the length of the cavity and the radius of the pumping laser beam, and gives the conclusion of the simulation, which provides the basis for the design of the passive Q-switched micro lasers which have high power, high repetition frequency and narrow pulse width.

Abstract: This paper introduces the realization method based on CPLD TFT - LCD digital display controller, using CPLD implement timing generation of TFT-LCD display, image processing, and dual memory read and write rotation control function. Methods of the design can be based on the actual function of mission requirements, the interface functions of the dedicated display control chip cutting, custom display control functions, enhance system reliability and design flexibility. It can be applied to a liquid crystal display control unit, to solve practical engineering problems.

Abstract: As an expansion and extension for three-order and four-order Chua's circuit, a new method to construct a class of high-order Chua's circuit and its FPGA hardware implementation has been studied in this paper. Based on the structure of a typical third-order Chua's circuit, a fifth-order, sixth-order and seventh-order Chua's circuit have been constructed through the series in the-type sub-circuit made up by a negative resistance, capacitance, inductance, and resistance, which are stringed into on the inductance slip. The dimensionless equation of high-order Chua's circuit has been, then, derived, and its basic dynamics characteristics have also been analyzed, among which including the phase diagram of chaotic attractors, the dynamic behavior of equilibrium points, bifurcation diagram and the Lyapnuov exponents. Due to digital processing technology, the continuous time state equation of the system has been discretizationed and the state variable ratio transformation has been done, so that the chaotic attractors of high-order Chua's circuit can be generated by using FPGA technology. Taking seventh-order Chua's circuit as a typical example, a general design principle by the way of FPGA technology to generate chaotic attractors as well as the corresponding hardware realization has been presented.

Abstract: Aiming at data fusion of Autonomous car multisensors experiment at many times on distances, a novel fusion method is proposed based on the approach degree and weights. The method calculate mean and variance based on the measured sensors data, Using the maximum and minimum approach degree of this fuzzy set , the approach degree of the measured data from various sensors is processed quantitatively ,eliminating outlier data by Grubbs method, assigned the weights of data measured in the fusion process reasonably , so that the final expression of the data fusion is obtained, thus the data fusion of multisensor is realized.Test results demonstrate that this method can bring higher fusion precision, and more suitable for microcontroller and embedded systems applications.

Abstract: This paper is a simulation designed for three-phase fully-controlled bridge rectifier circuit in the power electronics to establish a circuit simulation model under MatlabSimulink, friendly visual interface with MatlabGui design, Matlab simulation model link, so that the three-phase fully controlled bridge rectifier circuit design will be more convenient, intuitive, and accurate.
