Six weeks after Adeno-Cre administration, mice were sacrificed and the lungs of the mice were removed and formalin fixed and paraffin embedded. A higher magnification of a Keratin negative tumor is shown in the right column and the area boxed on the left. Stainings of serial section for EMT markers, i.e. E-cadherin, Snail, Slug, and β-catenin are shown.
