Strange and wonderful news from London: or, A true narrative of several most remarkable occurrences there : viz. I. The barbarous murther in Little-brittain, where a smiths prentice out of a covetous desire to get his masters shop and trade, shot him through the heart with a musquet, Jan. 12. for which being convicted of petty treason, he was drawn, and hang'd. With his execution in Little-Brittain, and his last speech which he made at the gibbet this 22d. of January, 1678. II. A true relation of the great robbery committed by neer twenty thieves in Hatton-Garden; stealing away almost four hundred ounces of plate, besides, rings, money, &c. under pretence of searching for papists; for which five of them being taken, were likewise condemned, and hanged, with six other malefactors, on the said 22th. of Jan. 1678. at Tyburn.
