About the editors

Robin Qiu is a full Professor of Information Science at Pennsylvania State University, USA. He teaches a variety of information and computing science courses, including predictive analytics, management science, business process management, decision support systems, project management, and enterprise integration.

Wai Kin (Victor) Chan is a Professor and Deputy Dean of the Shenzhen International Graduate School (SIGS) and Tsinghua-Berkeley Shenzhen Institute (TBSI), Tsinghua University, China.

Weiwei Chen is an Associate Professor at Rutgers, State University of New Jersey, USA. He has extensive experience working with businesses and the public sector, especially in energy and healthcare, to improve strategic decisions and operational efficiency using data analytics.

Dr. Youakim Badr is an Associate Professor of Data Analytics at Pennsylvania State University – Great Valley, USA. He has worked extensively in the areas of service computing (distributed systems) and information security to design and deploy adaptable and reusable “smart connected devices” and build “smart service systems” for the Internet of Things.

Canrong Zhang is a full Professor at the Research Center for Modern Logistics, Shenzhen International Graduate School, Tsinghua University, China. His research findings have since been translated into a series of optimization systems that have already benefited numerous companies throughout China.
