A Pt-nanoparticle electrocatalytic assay used for PCR-free sensitive telomerase detection

Abstract

An electrocatalytic assay was developed for telomerase activity detection by using superior catalytic properties of Pt nanoparticles. This design was PCR-free, and highly sensitive for telomerase with a detection limit of less than 2 cells.
