The purpose of this study was to explore the current situations for marine sports participation behavior and constraints for the undergraduates in Kaohsiung and Pingtung as well as to test the difference between demographic variables and participation behavior and constraints. The method of survey was used. Total 402 valid data were collected. After data analysis, according to the results, the researcher provided conclusions and suggestions for practical management and future research.
