A Cambridgeshire care home is changing people’s perceptions and creating a happy place to live and work with rewarding career paths, writes Matthew Cox
My grandmother had dementia and when I qualified in 2006, I felt spurred on to choose a career where I could make a difference. After I worked as a nurse consultant at the charity Dementia Care Matters, I became the manager of a Care UK nursing home.
