Abstract
We formulate and study the three-orbital model for iron-based superconductors. Results for the band structure, Fermi surface, and the spin susceptibility in both normal and superconducting s ± states are presented. We also discuss the pairing interaction and show that the dominant part of it should come from the intraorbital scattering.
