小琉球居民對觀光發展影響之認知與態度研究

本研究主要目的在於探討小琉球現居居民對觀光發展影響之認知與態度，並分析不同屬性的居民在觀光發展影響之認知與態度上的差異，以供小琉球地區觀光規劃決策之參考。本研究以問卷調查法進行資料的收集與分析，以屏東縣小琉球社區現居居民爲對象，其有效問卷回收率爲90%，效問卷212份。施測後將所得資料以SPSS for Windows 12.0套裝軟體進行資料處理，運用之統計方式有描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定與單因子變異數分析。研究結果發現：（一）人口統計變項中「性別」之居民在「社區態度類」觀光發展影響改變情形認知上之有明顯差異存在。（二）人口統計變項中「婚姻狀況」、「教育程度」及「社團」之居民屬性對「環境類」觀光發展影響改變情形之認知有部分差異存在。（三）「鄰居往來」、「教育程度」及「居住情感」變項之居民屬性對「擁擠」類觀光發展影響認知與態度間有明顯差異存在。（四）「遊客接觸」變項之居民屬性對「經濟類」、「社會文化」及「擁擠類」觀光發展影響認知與態度間有明顯差異存在。最後，研究者根據上述結果研究提供建議，以供有關單位與後續研究參考。

The purpose of this study was to explore the attitude and cognition of residents in Liuchiu toward the impact of tourism development as well as the differences between different demographic variables. Subjects were 212 residents (with response rate of 90%) in Liuchiu. The method of survey was used to collect and analyze data. Data analysis was conducted by SPSS 12.0 for Windows through the methods of descriptive statistics, Independent t test and One-Way ANOVA. According to the results, (1) There were significant differences between ”gender” in ”community attitude” toward impact of tourism development. (2) There were significant differences between ”marriage status”, ”education level” and ”join clubs or not” in ”environmental attitude” toward impact of tourism development. (3) There were significant differences between ”dealing with neighbors”, ”education level” and ”resident affection” in ”crowding cognition” toward impact of tourism development. (4) There were significant differences between ”contacts with visitors” in cognition of ”economics”, ”social culture” and ”crowding” toward impact of tourism development. In the end, suggestions for the following promotion and future courses design were made.
