The purpose of this study was investigated the improvement factors of water quality hygiene at swimming pool in Kaohsiung City. The original Delphi Questionnaire of Improvement Factors of Water Quality Hygiene Management at Swimming Pool was developed by the researcher. The formal Delphi Questionnaire of Improvement Factors of Water Quality Hygiene Management at Swimming Pool was established and corrected by experts. This study was adopted Modified Delphi Method to conduct the survey by ten experts and scholars who were water quality management experts. Data was collected by two-round questionnaires, and then was analyzed by descriptive statistics. The result shows that the total of 36 improvement factors which fit into 5 categories: water quality hygiene management, legal norms, professional training, water quality hygiene facility and Disease Control.
