    Description: This paper is about the developmental theory of learners in the view of the West and Islam in the education holders of parents' trust, and as one of the implementers of Islamic education teachers are not only tasked to provide scientific education. The task of the teacher should be a continuation and synchronization with the parent's duties, which is also the task of educators in general, that is to provide a human-oriented education as a whole. It can be realized by making man as a human being, maintaining the nature of humanity, and maintain the fitrah that has been given by Allah SWT.     Description: Penelitian ini tentang pesantren sebagai institusi keagamaan mendapatkan momentum dalam sistem pendidikan nasional setelah keluarnya Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2003 tentang sistem pendidikan nasional. Undang-Undang tersebut menyebutkan bahwa pendidikan keagamaan tidak hanya salah satu jenis pendidikan, tetapi sudah memiliki berbagai bentuknya seperti pendidikan diniyah, pesantren dan bentuk lain yang sejenis kemudian muncul alternatif solusi agar keduanya saling mengisi dan bersama-sama mempunyai tujuan yang sama untuk mencetak santri-santrinya menjadi manusia mempunyai keimanan, ketaqwaan dan mempunyai ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sesuai dengan tujuan undang-undang Negara Indonesia. Dari permasalahan di atas, peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan penelitian pengembangan pendidikan keagamaan (PPK) dengan judul integrasi pendidikan formal dan pendidikan diniyah salafiyah terhadap santri Assuniyyah Kencong Jember sebagai antisipasi ouput pesantren di era regulasi pendidikan nasional. Secara umum pengembangan pendidikan kegamaan yang ada di pondok sudah bisa dikatakan eksis dengan kegiatan keagamaan yang terus menerus dilaksanakan dengan meningkatkan sumber daya santri (SDS) baik melaui pendidikan formal dan diniyyah salafiyah.   Key Word: Pesantren, Madrasah, Regulasi Pendidikan Nasional
