    Abstract: Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) is a green vegetable plant that is in great demand by people from children to adults, because it has very high nutritional value. Cultivation of pak choy plants on dry land with a dry climate requires the adoption of technology such as wick fertigation in verticulture. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of providing nitrogen fertilizer sources and types of ameliorant on the growth and yield as well as nitrogen uptake of pak choy (Brassicca rapa L.) plants. This research method uses a split plot design (RPT) with 2 factors consisting of a main plot and a subplot. The main plot is N fertilizer consisting of urea, POC, and urea + POC. Subplots are ameliorants consisting of soil, soil: biochar (1:1), soil: compost (1:1) and soil: biochar: compost (1:1:1). Thus, 12 treatment combinations were obtained which were repeated 3 times, resulting in a total of 36 experimental combinations. The research results showed that the interaction of the N fertilizer source and the type of ameliorant had a real influence on the observation of stem diameter and root length with the best treatment of urea+POC with the type of soil ameliorant: biocar: compost (1:1:1). The source of N fertilizer has a significant effect on shoot dry weight, harvest index and N uptake, where the best treatment is urea+POC fertilizer. The type of ameliorant had a significant effect on the number of leaves at 28 DAT and N content where the best treatment was soil: biochar: compost (1:1:1) showing the highest results when observing the number of leaves at 28 DAP and N content. Treatment of the type of soil ameliorant: biochar: compost (1:1:1) shows the best results.

    Abstract: One of the problems that often occur in milkfish farmers is the inadequate use of diet protein for growth. Due tu a larger proportion of diet protein is utilized as energy by fish. Cinnamomun leaves extract (C. burmannii) contains the active ingredients of polyphenol and synnamaldehyde compounds which are thought to threaten body contents from diet fats and carbohydrates. So that diet fats and carbohydrates are expected to be used more efficiently as a substitute for diet protein energy. The purpose of this study was to examine the role of polyphenol and synnamaldehyde compounds in cinnamomun (C. burmannii) leaves extract to increase the growth and survival of milkfish (C. chanos). The study consisted of four treatments, namely A (0 g/kg diet), B (0.5 g/kg diet), C (1 g / kg diet), and D (2 g/kg diet) the treatment was repeated three times. The results showed that the additions of cinnamomun leaves extract in the diet at different doses had a significant effect (P 〈 0,05) on the level of diet consumption, efisiency diet utilizen, protein efficiency ratio, and relative growth rate, but the same (P 〉 0,05) for the survival rate. Treatment B (0.5 g/kg diet) gave the highest results for level of diet consumption, efisiency diet utilizen, protein efficiency ratio, and relative growth rate, wich are 77.18 ± 1.41 g, 47.32 ± 10.32%, 1.18 ± 0.26%, and 0.95 ± 0.26%. Based on the results obtained, the best dose of cinnamomun leaves extract (C. burmannii) is 0.5 g/kg diet. Keyword: Cinnamomun Leaves, Extract, Growth., Survival Rate, Milkfish, Juvenille

    Abstract: Cantang grouper juveniles are fish that have a habit of being cannibalistic if the feed needs are not met, this tends to occur at the juveniles stage. So that in the maintenance of cantang grouper juveniles, it is necessary to provide the right frequency of feeding, because with the right frequency of feeding it will be able to meet the nutritional needs of the cantang grouper juveniles which are expected to increase the growth and survival of the grouper juveniles. The aim of this study was to examine the effect of feeding frequency on the growth and survival of Cantang grouper juveniles (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus 〉 〈 lanceolatus). This study consisted of four treatments, namely treatment A (3 times a day), B (4 times a day), C (5 times a day) and D (6 times a day). Each treatment had three replications. The method used in this research is experimental research with a completely randomized design (CRD). Some of the variables measured were the level of feed consumption (TKP), feed utilization efficiency (EPP), protein efficiency ratio (PER), and relative growth rate (RGR), survival rate (SR). The results showed that feeding had a significant effect on the variable rate of feed consumption (TKP), feed utilization efficiency (EPP), protein efficiency ratio (PER), and relative growth rate (RGR), survival rate (SR), which was known as treatment. D (6 times a day) is the best treatment with TKP results of 58.37 ± 1.89 grams, EPP of 87.57 ± 2.46%, PER of 1.75 ± 0.05%, RGR of 5.14 ± 0.20%, and the highest SR was 96.67 ± 2.89%. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that treatment D in the form of feeding with a frequency of 6 times a day is the best treatment in increasing the growth and survival rate of Cantang grouper juveniles.

    Abstract: Indoor positioning system issue is an open problem that still needs some improvements. This research explores the utilization of multilayer perceptron in determining someone’s position inside a building or a room, which generally known as Indoor Positioning System. The research was conducted in some steps: dataset normalization, multilayer perceptron implementation, training process of multilayer perceptron, evaluation, and analysis. The training process has been conducted many times to find the best parameters that produce the best accuracy rate. The experiment produces 79,16% as the highest accuracy rate. Compared to previous research, this result is comparably lower and needs some parameters tweaking or changing the neural networks architectures.

    Abstract: Cox regression is a type of survival analysis that can be implemented with proportional hazard models or duration models. In the survival analysis data, there is a possibility that the data has ties, so it is necessary to use several approaches in estimating the parameters, namely the breslow, efron, and exact approaches. In this study, the Cox proportional hazard regression was used as a method of analysis for knowing the factors that influence the survival time on chronic kidney patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy. Based on the analysis that has been done, the best model is obtained with an exact approach and the factors that influence the survival time of hemodialysis patients are systolic blood pressure, hemoglobin level, and dialysis time. Hemodialysis patients who have high systolic blood pressure have a chance of failing to survive 12,950 times than normal systolic blood pressure.While the hemodialysis patient hemoglobin level increases, the hemodialysis patients chances of failing to survive is 0,6681 times less. Hemodialysis patients who received dialysis therapy with a dialysis time of more than four hours had 0.237 times the chance of failing to survive than patients with a dialysis time of less than or equal to 4 hours.Keywords: Cox Regression ,Survival, Ties, Hemodialysis.

    Abstract: Time series is a type of data collected according to the sequence of times in a certain time span. Time series data can be used as a predictor of future conditions. Analysis of time series data, one of the ARIMA units, is a parametric method that requires an assumption to get valid results. Data stationarity is one of the factors that must be fulfilled. Wavelet is a non-parametric method that is able to represent time and frequency information simultaneously, so that it can analyze non-stationary data. This research presents forecasting the price of red chili in Central Java using ARIMA and wavelet with the approach of the Multiscale Autoregressive (MAR) model. The best model is the one with the smallest MSE value. The results showed that the ARIMA(0,1,1) model was said to be the best model with MSE = 2252142. However, because the assumption of normality is not fulfilled, an alternative process is done with wavelet. Wavelet approach results show that the MAR model Haar filter level (j) = 4 with MSE = 2175906 is better than Daubechies 4 filter 4 level (j) = 1 with MSE = 3999669.     Abstract: Theaflavin, a polyphenolic compounds found  in oolong tea and black tea, thought to have medicinal potency. Theaflavins and their derivatives such as theaflavin gallate have shown a broad spectrum of antiviral activity against several viruses, including influenza A, B and hepatitis C viruses. Previous research show that theaflavins could inhibit RdRp activity through blocking the active site in the catalytic pocket of RdRp in SARS‐CoV‐2, SARS‐CoV and MERS‐CoV.. This research aims to extract theaflavins in oolong tea with water solvent at a temperature of 100oC, pressure 〉 1 atm and varied extraction times (10-60 minutes). The effect of oolong tea extraction time towards the  theaflavin content was observed. The results showed that with the longer extraction time, the theaflavin levels were reduced due to the degradation of thermal theaflavins into thearubigins. The model exponential equation obtained is  y=14,91488 e-0,2631x + 0,11865, with the R2=0.99161. The best operating conditions was obtained at 10 minutes of extraction time, resulted in 1.19% of the total theaflavin content of oolong tea.

    Abstract: This study reveals the career path of Waldjinah, a Javanese style singer from Surakarta. The discussion emphasizes the background of childhood, education, and career journey. Waldjinah had an experience that was never forgotten and was also very influential on her career as a singer, namely when she was invited to sing at the state palace by President Sukarno and then continued until the time of President Suharto. Using historical method, this article reveals the childhood that later influenced Waldjinah's life choices. Apart from that, this study also reveals Waldjinah's progress in participating in singing competitions and led her to the State Palace. According to the findings, this study shows that Waldjinah's progress as a famous singer cannot be separated from the family education she received since childhood. In addition, Waldjinah's unyielding attitude brought her to the State Palace to reach the pinnacle of her career. This can be seen from Waldjinah's participation in Bintang Radio approximately three times, even though at the beginning of her participation she did not get the best results.

    Abstract: Pandemi Covid-19 terjadi di Indonesia. Pemerintah berupaya melakukan penanganan Covid-19, salah satunya dengan pembuatan peta risiko Covid-19. Peta risiko Covid-19 membagi zona berdasarkan Kabupaten/Kota. Zona risiko Covid-19 menjadi patokan pemerintah dalam mengambil kebijakan setiap daerah. Pemerintah menggunakan pembobotan dari 15 indikator untuk menentukan zona. Beberapa kali perubahan zona risiko Covid-19 pada website mengalami keterlambatan. Klasifikasi dapat menjadi alternatif penentuan zona risiko Covid-19, sehingga perubahan zona dapat dilakukan secara cepat dan efisien. Klasifikasi memiliki berbagai algoritma, setiap algoritma memiliki keunggulan dan kelemahan. Algoritma klasifikasi yang memiliki akurasi yang baik dengan waktu relatif cepat yaitu Decision Tree, Naïve Bayes dan K-Nearest Neighbor. Tujuan penelitian ini menghitung performa setiap algoritma, mendapatkan algoritma terbaik dan mendapatkan pola klasifikasi dari algoritma terbaik. Metode penelitian menggunakan 10-fold cross validation untuk pembagian data dan confusion matrix untuk menilai performa. Software yang digunakan yaitu Rapidminer dan WEKA. Hasil dari pengolahan data menunjukan semua algoritma mempunyai nilai performa yang baik yaitu diatas 70%. Semua algoritma tidak memerlukan waktu yang lama dalam pembuatan model. Nilai performa terbaik didapatkan dengan menggunakan algoritma decision tree dengan software WEKA dengan nilai performa 88% dan waktu 0,32 detik. Pola klasifikasi dari algoritma terbaik menghasilkan 77 aturan  yang membagi 3 zona klasifikasi yaitu rendah, sedang, dan tinggi. Atribut yang berpengaruh dalam klasifikasi zona risiko Covid-19 yaitu aktif, CR, CFR, laju insidensi, positif, dan meninggal. AbstractThe Covid-19 pandemic occurred in Indonesia. The government is trying to handle Covid-19, one of which is by making a Covid-19 risk map. The Covid-19 risk map divides zones based on Regency/City. The Covid-19 risk zone is the government's benchmark policy for each region. The government uses a weighting of 15 indicators to determine the zone. Several times the Covid-19 risk zone change on the website has been delayed. Classification can be an alternative to determining the Covid-19 risk zone,  that zone changes can be quickly and efficiently. Many algorithms can be used for classification. Several classification algorithms have good accuracy with relatively fast time are Decision Tree, K-Nearest Neighbor, and Naïve Bayes. The purpose of this study is to calculate the performance of each algorithm, get the best algorithm, and get the classification pattern from the best algorithm. The research method uses 10-fold cross validation for data sharing and confusion matrix to assess performance. The software used is Rapidminer. The results show that all algorithms have good performance values, which are above 70%. All algorithms do not require a long time in modeling. The best performance value using a Decision Tree algorithm. The classification pattern of the best algorithm produces 20 rules that divide 3 classification zones, namely low, medium, and high. Attributes that influence the classification of the Covid-19 risk zone are active, CR, CFR, incidence rate, positive, and death.

    Abstract: E-commerce has become a medium for online shopping which is growing and popular among the public. Due to the ease of access for all internet users and the completeness of the products offered, e-commerce has become a new alternative in meeting people's needs. Currently, the competition in the business world is very fierce, any e-commerce company needs to be able to carry out the right marketing strategy to compete in acquiring, retaining, and partnering with customers. In this research, the segmentation of e-commerce customers was carried out using the Fuzzy C-Means cluster and the RFM method. The clustering process is carried out six times with the number of clusters starts from two to seven clusters. The results showed that the optimum number of clusters formed according to the Xie-Beni validity index was four clusters. The cluster becomes customer segments that have the characteristics of each customer based on their recency, frequency, and monetary value. The best segment is segment 4 which has very loyal customers in shopping on tumbas.in e-commerce.
