Online Social Networks gehören zu den am schnellsten wachsenden Phänomenen des Internets. Es stellt sich dabei die Frage, wie sich derartige virtuelle soziale Netzwerke auf bestehende Beziehungsstrukturen auswirken. Im Rahmen einer empirischen Befragung von Facebook-NutzerInnen untersucht Bernadette Kneidinger die unterschiedlichen Interaktionsformen im Spannungsfeld Online- versus Offline-Netzwerke.
