Content: The market for mobile voice communication approaches its saturation level in many industrialized nations. Prices for mobile voice telephony have been and still are under pressure. Against this background, mobile network operators (MNO) are searching for new services which may bring them back to previous revenue growth trajectories. Among these potential innovations are mobile Internet (MI) services in general and mobile network-based navigation services (MNS) in particular. Unfortunately, to date, these kinds of offerings have not been adopted as fast and are not used as extensively as expected by MNO in Germany, but also in other countries around the world. During the past few years, these subscription and usage gaps have triggered quite a number of practitioner publications and scholarly contributions on critical factors explaining consumers' initial MI or MNS adoption decisions and subsequent use behaviors. Regrettably, much of this writing is purely speculative and does not incorporate empirical data on attitudes and behaviors of MNO customers in Germany in the context of customer acceptance of MI and MNS offerings. In light of this gap the present book contains an assortment of five empirical papers on MI and MNS acceptance drivers among German-speaking mobile communication consumers. The articles are of interest to both practitioners involved in the development of marketing strategies for MI and MNS as well as business and consumer psychology scholars who are concerned with better understanding the demand for innovative mobile service offerings from a residential customer's perspective

Trummer und Norbert Steiner runden den Bildband ab.What is today known as the Vienna International Airport was originally erected in 1954, and has since been extensively expanded. Between 2006 and 2011, the annual number of passengers using the airport rose from 17 to over 21 million. In order to ensure the safety of the growing numbers of passengers, and to deliver state-of-the-art logistics for freight transport, the decision was made to fundamentally restructure the airport. In 2005 the new tower (Zechner & Zechner) commenced operations, as did Terminal 1A (IttenBrechbühl / Baumschlager Eberle / Eichinger or Knechtl). Further components were later added, and in 2012 the spectacular new Check-in 3 (IttenBrechbühl / Baumschlager Eberle), was completed.

Content: " Starting in the mid-1960s, a group of Korean artists began to push paint, soak canvas, drag pencils, rip paper, and otherwise manipulate the materials of painting in ways that prompted critics to describe their actions as "methods" rather than artworks. A crucial artistic movement of twentieth-century Korea, Tansaekhwa (monochromatic painting) also became one of its most famous and successful. Promoted in Seoul, Tokyo, and Paris, Tansaekhwa grew to be the international face of contemporary Korean art and a cornerstone of contemporary Asian art. In this full-color, richly illustrated account--the first of its kind in English--Joan Kee provides a fresh interpretation of the movement's emergence and meaning that sheds new light on the history of abstraction, twentieth-century Asian art, and contemporary art in general. Combining close readings, archival research, and interviews with leading Tansaekhwa artists, Kee focuses on an essential but often overlooked dimension of the movement: how artists made a case for abstraction as a way for viewers to engage productively with the world and its systems. As Kee shows, artists such as Lee Ufan, Park Seobo, Kwon Young-woo, Yun Hyongkeun, and Ha Chonghyun urgently stressed certain fundamentals, recognizing that overwhelming forces such as decolonization, authoritarianism, and the rise of a new postwar internationalism could be approached through highly individual experiences that challenged viewers to consider how they understood their world rather than why.
