Content: El Universo virtual como mundo paralelo a la realidad, construye comunidades complejas que no escapan al universo de las leyes que regulan materias tales como: contratos, derechos de autor y conductas penales. El presente artículo es una introducción a los conflictos en el campo del derecho informático que permitan diseñar nuevos modelos normativos que complementen la actual legislación y dar solución de eventuales problemas jurídicos.

Content: La interpretación de la norma constitucional es uno de los temas jurídicos que en la actualidad se considera de vital importancia, puesto que, en la Constitución de un país se integran los preceptos fundamentales que permiten el equilibrio social y el reconocimiento de derechos y deberes en las diferentes relaciones que se presentan entre el Estado y las personas. En éste sentido, se otorga la labor al juez constitucional, el cual cuenta con diferentes instrumentos y elementos hermenéuticos que permiten dimensionar acertadamente los beneficios o riesgos que dicho ejercicio pueda implicar en el fin de la preservación y garantía de la legalidad. Por ejemplo, las consecuencias políticas, económicas, o legales que se desprenden de la interpretación, puesto que, en el ordenamiento jurídico, concretamente el colombiano, la norma superior se presenta como el referente que impera en todas las situaciones donde el derecho regula a la sociedad.

Content: The interpretation of the constitutional norm is one of the legal issues that is currently considered of vital importance, since, in the Constitution of a country, the fundamental precepts that allow social balance and the recognition of rights and duties in the different relationships that arise between the State and people. In this sense, the task is given to the constitutional judge, which has different instruments and hermeneutical elements that allow the correct dimensioning of the benefits or risks that said exercise may imply in order to preserve and guarantee legality. For example, the political, economic, or legal consequences that arise from the interpretation, since, in the legal system, specifically the Colombian one, the superior norm is presented as the reference that prevails in all situations where the law regulates the society.

Content: Lo que se pretende con este trabajo es establecer una cuota mínima vital, basada no solo en datos ni estadísticas sino en una realidad tangente y en una presunción de derecho. Darle una definición a ese vital para menores de edad y darle un valor monetario. Se entrará tanto en el marco legal como en el psicológico y social para así tener una interpretación y solución concisa la cual nos dará un impacto a corto y largo plazo. A corto porque se establecerá en sentido monetario un mínimo vital para la supervivencia de un menor del cual deberá partir cualquier cuota alimentaria y a largo plazo la conciencia de los padres de la responsabilidad Este proyecto aunque no contiene una problemática novedosa ya que es un conflicto que viene afectando a los menores desde generaciones atrás sí es un proyecto que será de gran utilidad sobre todo para generar conciencia a esos padres que sin piedad dejan a sus hijos sin una cuota alimentaria mínima vital y digna para la supervivencia de sus hijos.

Content: What is intended with this work is to establish a minimum vital quota, based not only on data or statistics but on a tangent reality and a presumption of law. Give a definition to that vital for minors and give it a monetary value. Both the legal and the psychological and social framework will be entered in order to have a concise interpretation and solution which will give us an impact in the short and long term. In the short term, because a vital minimum for the survival of a minor will be established in the monetary sense, from which any food quota must start, and in the long term the awareness of the parents of responsibility This project does not contain a new problem since it is a conflict that comes affecting minors from generations back is a project that will be very useful especially to raise awareness of those parents who mercilessly leave their children without a vital and dignified minimum food quota for the survival of their children.

Content: En un artículo pasado analizamos la figura de los metaversos, en especial el conocido como Second Life, trataremos de analizar a lo largo del presente escrito las implicaciones jurídicas de algunos aspectos de esta aplicación informática.
