    Content: 近年来,随着改革开放的深入,四川农村剩余劳动力移动的主要模式--异地转移模式受到了五个方面的冲击:即农业可持续发展战略的冲击,东西部发展不平衡和城乡差异的冲击,农村劳动力变化的冲击,乡镇企业发展趋缓的冲击,国有企业改革深化的冲击.上述冲击打破了异地转移的固有规律,使之出现转移障碍.该文对此进行了详细分析.并特别强调提出了两项对策:1.稳住能人、就地拓展,是四川农村经济发展之必要;2.发展教育、提高农民素质,是四川农村剩余劳动力合理转移的基础.
