    Content: 谢榛是中国文学批评史上一位有影响且有独立思想的诗人、诗论家。其代表作《诗家直说》早已作为一流的诗话为学者所重视并广泛引用。但对其诗歌理论的研究尚未深入，尤其是对其范畴的研究还有很大的余地。〈br〉　　 本文试图从范畴的角度来勾勒出谢榛的诗学理论体系。文章首先从谢榛的生平和思想入手来阐述他诗歌理论的思想基础。其次以“法”、“悟”、“浑”等核心范畴为纲，以其相应的子范畴为辅来释其名、辨其义、索其源、论其得失。从而完整的解析谢榛的诗学思想。〈br〉　　 本文的主要目的是通过从范畴这个角度来分析谢榛的诗学理论，从而达到对谢榛诗学理论进行体系化的建构。
