    Content: A file of signals intelligence reports, messages, and correspondence issued by the Government Code and Cypher School and sent by the head ('C') of the Secret Intelligence Service (MI6) to the Prime Minister, Winston Churchill. This file includes the following reports on West Europe: of the German Sauer Front offensive being hindered by a lack of heavy weapons, on December 19; and that Volkssturm personnel are to be used as gunners on the West Wall, on December 13; Naval Headlines; from the Japanese ambassador in Berlin, relaying a German briefing on the Western and Eastern fronts, on December 14; from the Japanese minister in Berne, stating a German official's views on the German internal situation and the war, on December 16; and from the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs to all stations, propaganda directives on Churchill's speech on post-war Europe, on December 16
