    Content: 针对北方滨海电厂电水联产项目进行可行性研究,为缓解区域性水资源短缺的突出矛盾,响应国家环保节水政策,实现可持续发展及人与自然的和谐共处具有重大的现实意义。 本文采用了项目论证与评估的方法。通过对北方滨海地区经济发展状况和水资源供求特点进行分析,论证了北方滨海电厂电水联产项目的必要性与迫切性。以客观数据为基础,从项目选址、技术方案选择、预处理系统建设、经济性分析、项目优化以及政府的宏观政策性作用等关键环节入手,展开系统的可行性研究,并结合典型项目的应用:黄岛电厂20000m3/d电水联产项目对可行性研究结果进行实例论证及检验,得出北方滨海电厂开展电水联产项目是必要与可行的基本结论。 研究成果对海水综合利用产业发展、水资源战略规划以及电水联产在其他地区和行业的推广应用也具有一定的借鉴意义。
