Inhalt: Biographical note: Elke Rajal ist Politikwissenschaftlerin. Sie forscht und lehrt an verschiedenen Hochschulen und Instituten zu den Schnittstellen von Politik, Zeitgeschichte und Bildung. Ihre Arbeitsschwerpunkte sind Nationalsozialismus, Vergangenheitspolitik, Antisemitismus, Geschlecht und Bildung (Politische Bildung, Holocaust Education, Rechtsextremismusprävention, Migrationspädagogik). Sie hat bereits mehrere Forschungs- und Vermittlungsprojekte mit Schüler*innen durchgeführt und engagiert sich in der Forschungsgruppe Ideologien und Politiken der Ungleichheit (FIPU). Nora Landkammer ist Kunstvermittlerin und arbeitet in Forschungsprojekten zu Vermittlung mit Schwerpunkt auf Aktions- und partizipative Forschung und auf Rassismus- und Kolonialismuskritik in der Bildungsarbeit und in Kulturinstitutionen. 2008 bis 2018 war sie wissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin und stellvertretende Leiterin des Institute for Art Education an der Zürcher Hochschule der Künste. Inhalt: Pipelined architecture analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) have become the architecture of choice for high speed and moderate to high resolution devices. Subsequently, different techniques of the fault diagnosis by built in self-test (BIST) system have been developed. This book gives a rigorous, theoretical and mathematical analysis for the design of pipelined ADCs, along with detailed practical aspects of implementing it in very large-scale integration (VLSI). In each chapter a unique fault diagnosis technique for pipelined ADC has been proposed. Chapter 1 discusses a 1.8V 10-bit 500 mega samples-per-second parallel pipelined ADC, describing the design of high speed, low power, low voltage ADC in CMOS technology. Chapter 2 introduces a BIST system where both the circuit and its diagnosis tool are implemented on the same chip. Chapter 3 examines the design of an oscillation-based BIST system for a 1.8V 8-bit 125-mega samples per second pipelined ADC. Chapter 4 focuses on the evaluation of dynamic parameters of a pipelined ADC with an oscillation-based BIST. Chapter 5 covers reconfigurable BIST architecture for pipelined ADCs. Sabrina Ellebrecht engages with two of its primary building sites - the European Border Surveillance System (Eurosur) and the Refugee Boat. She analyzes how the function and quality of the EU's current political border is crafted, shaped, produced and eventually stabilized through these two mediators. Eurosur and the Refugee Boat mediate a level of Europeanization which has hitherto - and would otherwise have - been impossible. While Eurosur mobilizes the limits of border policing in various ways, the Refugee Boat functions as the vacillating European Other to legitimize both control and humanitarian interventions. The study shows the specific, if not constitutive, ambivalences of EU border policies, and explores the emergence of viapolitics.
