Nach "Die schönsten Pony-Geschichten zum Vorlesen" (BA 4/05) folgt nun von derselben Herausgeberin Eva-Maria Kulka in der neu konzipierten Reihe "Große Hausbücher" des Ellermann Verlags - offensichtlich in Anlehnung an Gerstenbergs Hausbücher - ein Band mit Märchen. Die Kombination aus so genannten Märchen von gestern (vor allem Andersen und Grimm) und Märchen von heute (mit nur 4 Originalbeiträgen) mag auf den ersten Blick reizvoll erscheinen, noch dazu in einer vergleichsweise günstigen Ausgabe. Dennoch könnte es diejenigen, welche die Märchen von heute bereits als Bilderbücher kennen - darunter so brillant illustrierte Geschichten wie C. Funkes "Prinzessin Isabella" (BA 11/97) oder B. Obrechts "Der Hase im Mond (BA 7/00) - enttäuschen, wenn nur der Text und verleichsweise wenige Bilder von Cornelia Haas das Vorlesen veranschaulichen. Diese hat mit ihrem wunderbaren Debut "Über den großen Fluss" (BA 10/02) demonstriert, dass ihre Stärken in der Natur- und Tierdarstellung liegen. Hier dominieren dagegen leider meist stereotype Gesichter. - Nur für große Bestände empfohlen. [Antje Ehmann]
