Die Autoren fragen nach sozio-politischen Einstellungen und nach der möglichen Einsatzbereitschaft der Bundeswehr. Die Befragten äußern sich zum Verhältnis von Vorgesetzten und Untergebenen, zu bisherigen UN-Missionen und zu ihrer persönlichen Teilnahmebereitschaft an künftigen UN-Einsätzen und den damit verbundenen Befürchtungen. Auf diese Weise wird ein Einblick in die Argumentationsmuster und Denkstrukturen derjenigen möglich, die wesentlich die Zukunft der Streitkräfte mitgestalten
