Der vorliegende Behandlungspfad beschreibt den Behandlungsverlauf für die ambulante integrierte Versorgung von Patienten mit der Primärdiagnose Alkoholabhängigkeit. Er umfasst Aufgaben ambulanter Gesundheitsakteure, die sich vor allem auf die Versorgung von alkoholabhängigen Patienten ausrichten, und schließt Schnittstellen zur stationären Versorgung mit ein. Ziel ist es, sektorenübergreifende Standards für die Abfolge indizierter Interventionen und die transsektorale Kooperation zu setzen und so die Behandlung von Menschen mit einer Alkoholabhängigkeit zu optimieren.
