Bernard weiß von Shanes Existenz, seine Zuneigung zu Grace wächst trotzdem. Dann zeigt Graces attraktive Mitbewohnerin Caroline Interesse an Bernard. Bei dem bittersüßen Roman aus Irland handelt es sich um ein beeindruckendes Debüt.
