Inhalt: This book aims to contribute to the debate on European cultural policy and cultural diplomacy as well as to fill in the gap that exists in this under-researched field. Europe is still struggling in formulating its common cultural policy that will present Europe as a united and diverse entity to the world while the EU Member States invest efforts in promoting themselves only.
