Christian Dietrich untersucht die Sicht institutioneller Growth- und Value-Investoren auf die Corporate Governance deutscher Aktiengesellschaften und leistet zugleich einen Beitrag zur Erforschung der kontextabhängigen Bedeutung guter Unternehmensführung.
