In ihrem neuesten Buch aus der Reihe "Emotionale Entwicklung für Kinder ab 5" (vgl. z.B. "Mein Körper gehört mir", ID-A 27/19) nähert sich D. Geisler dem Thema "Ärgern". Sie zeigt Kindern einfühlsam, in welchen Situationen man geärgert werden kann und grenzt das "Ärgern" vom "Streiten" ab. Während es in Streitsituationen oft um Missverständnisse geht, die aufgeklärt werden können oder unterschiedliche Meinungen, die aufeinandertreffen, für die man aber Kompromisslösungen finden kann, geht es beim Ärgern darum, dass der andere sich schlecht fühlt. In seiner schärfsten Form ist Ärgern dann schlicht Mobbing. D. Geisler gelingt es, Kindern die verschiedenen Facetten des Ärgerns zu vermitteln und aus verschiedenen Blickwinkeln zu betrachten. Das Buch eignet sich besonders für Kita-Gruppen, um dort mit Kindern über Mobbing-Situationen und die damit verbundenen Gefühle zu sprechen. Ein typisches Geisler-Sachbilderbuch, das durchaus zusätzlich zum ähnlichen Titel der Autorin "Manchmal gibt es einfach Streit" (ID-A 31/15) eingestellt werden kann, da dort das Thema "Mobbing" keine Rolle spielt.
