Die Betreiberin eines YouTube-Kanals legt hier ihr erstes Buch zum Thema "Bullet Journal" vor. Die Autorin beschreibt zuerst, was ein Bullet Journal ist. Anschließend erklärt sie die einzelnen Elemente wie z.B. Keys, Future Logs, Tracker und welche Materialien benötigt werden. An den allgemeinen Praxisteil schließen sich dann unterschiedlich Gestaltungsideen an. Diese werden jeweils auf zwei Doppelseiten vorgestellt. Neben Materiallisten und Schwierigkeitsgrad werden alle Ideen Schritt für Schritt erklärt und mit vielen Fotos und Skizzen veranschaulicht. So ist es möglich, die Ideen einfach nachzuzeichnen oder selber kreativ zu werden. In den letzten Jahren sind einige Titel zu diesem Thema erschienen. Neben Vorlagenbücher (z.B. "Dein geniales Bullet Journal Inspirationsbuch", ID-A 7/20) gibt es vergleichbare Einführungen (z.B. "Bullet Jounal Guide" von M. Viehler (hier nicht besprochen, "Dein großes Bullet Journal Einführungsbuch" von A. Broszies, ID-A 7/20). Bei Bedarf gut einsetzbar.
