Ein ungeheuerlicher Vorgang: Die Neusiedler und Neusiedlererben wurden besonders im Land Brandenburg und in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Opfer einer nie dagewesenen Enteignungswelle nach der Wiedervereinigung. Alleine das Land Brandenburg hat sich in mehr als 10.000 Einzelfällen den Grund und Boden von unbekannten Erben durch Rechtsbruch zu seinen Gunsten in die Grundbücher eintragen lassen. Die Folge ist ein geschätzter Vermögenszuwachs des Landes von 90 Millionen Euro. Doch obwohl sich der Bundesgerichtshof, die Staatsanwaltschaft und ein Untersuchungsausschuss des Landtages mit diesen Rechtsverstößen befasst haben, setzt sich die sittenwidrige Enteignung der Erben von Neusiedlern, die im Zuge der Bodenreform seit 1945 landwirtschaftliche Flächen käuflich erworben hatten, bis heute fort. Der Prozessanwalt Dr. Thorsten Purps, der auch Prozessbevollmächtigter vor dem Europäischen Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte war und vor dem UN-Menschenrechtsausschuss Betroffene vertritt, nimmt mit seiner Publikation den Rechtsstaat in die Pflicht, damit den anonymen Erben Gerechtigkeit widerfährt. Hiermit soll gleichzeitig ein Beitrag zur Aufklärung geleistet werden, um die Wiedervereinigung als Weltkulturerbe vor etablierten Machtstrukturen aus der DDR-Zeit zu schützen. Schließlich verfolgt der Autor auch die Absicht, die Verantwortlichen für diesen tausendfachen Rechtsbruch zur Verantwortung zu ziehen. (AUT)
