Noemi Wandke, Mitte 50, verheiratet mit Tom, Mutter der studierenden Jule, führt ein kultiviertes, bürgerliches Leben. Die Altbauwohnung in Berlin-Moabit liegt in der Nähe einer Flüchtlingsunterkunft. Wie die biblische Ruth steht sie plötzlich vor dem Nichts und bricht ebenfalls nach London auf, um den vergessenen Schulfreund Boris wiederzusehen. Boris wiederum ist inzwischen Rahua begegnet, die als Illegale in ständiger Angst lebt und ihre Flucht inzwischen bereut. Noemi, Boris und die Afrikanerin verbindet bald eine Wahlverwandtschaft, die allen über ethnische Grenzen hinweg Kraft gibt. - In ihrem Debüt erzählt die Dramaturgin eine eindrucksvolle Geschichte über Schmerz und Hoffnung, Verlust und Neubeginn. Sehr empfehlenswert.
