Interkulturelles Training an Hochschulen verfolgt verschiedene Ziele: Einerseits soll die berufsqualifizierende Schlüsselqualifikation „interkulturelle Kompetenz“ vermittelt werden, andererseits sollen die Akteure notwendiges Wissen und Handlungskompetenzen für die hochschulinternen Internationalisierungs- und Integrationsprozesse erwerben.
