Beschreibung von Aloys Fuchs aus der Allgemeinen Wiener Musik-Zeitung (Nr. 60 und 61, Dienstag den 19. und Donnerstag den 21. Mai 1846 - 6. Jahrgang - S. 238): "Dieses Blatt wurde nebst einer Denkschrift zu dieser Jubelfeier, im Jahre 1840 von einem Kunstfreunde auf Subsciption herausgegeben. In einer Randeinfassung befinden sich nebst musikalischen Attributen und anderen Verzierungen in 6 Medaillons die Hauptmomente der Schöpfung bildlich dargestellt, und jedem ist die betreffende Musikstelle aus Haydn's Oratorium in Noten beigefügt. Den inneren Raum nimmt die oben angedeutete Veranlassung dieses Blattes und das Porträt Joseph Haydn's ein, unter welchem ein Spruch aus dessen eigenen Worten angebracht ist. Das Ganze ist nach dem Entwurfe des Hrn. Joh. Ritter von Lucam von nachbenannten Künstlern ausgeführt; nämlcih: die Zeichnung der Randverzierungen von J. R. Geiger, deren Lithographie von M. Fahrenbacher, die Schrift von Fr. Berndt, das Porträt (nach Dav. Weiß) von Ritter von Radmansdorf lithographirt."

Haupttitel fingiert - Brustbild im Profil nach rechts - allegorisches Blatt - gewidmet ist das Blatt: "Seiner Durchlaucht dem Herrn August Longin Fürsten von Lobkovicz, Herzog von Raudnitz, gefürsteten Grafen von Sternstein..." etc. etc
