Abstract:
Geringfügig überlegen ist Epothilon B 1 (R = Me) gegenüber Paclitaxel (Taxol) im Hinblick auf die Antitumoraktivität. Dies geht aus In‐vivo‐Untersuchungen mit Tumormodellen in der Maus hervor. Sehr empfindlich gegenüber Strukturänderungen ist bei den Epothilonen der „Acylsektor”︁ C1C8. Die anderen beiden Sektoren (siehe rechts) können in Grenzen variiert werden, allerdings wurde dabei bisher noch keine deutlich antitumoraktivere Verbindung identifiziert. magnified image
